Something strange is happening in the small Appalachian town of Hope Falls. A boy is found unconscious in the road at night and a mysterious creature is stalking the shadows. Four unlikely heroes, Lionel Cross (Handyman), Asai (Will) Naoki (Doctor), Jedediah Rivers (old prospector/conspiracy theorist), and Elijah Rivers (Philanthropist) take it upon themselves to figure out what's going on.
