Continuing with our harrowing adventure from Dublin to Paris on our way to Sicily, the second part of 'Farewell Ireland, Hello Italy!' details five wild hours we spent at Charles de Gaulle Airport. Thankfully, we made it to Palermo in Italy but immediately felt the culture shock after living in southwest Ireland. The landscape, weather, housing architecture, and people were vastly different and even on the first day we knew prepared ourselves for a major change for the coming three months.
