Devin Winjum, Marketing Director for the Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism revealed the Grand Marshal for this year's 9th annual Winter Fest parade in December. The new Viaduct Park will be bustling with activity with fireworks happening after the parade this year. There are a few other events happening this month also.
