Farid Yaghoubtil
Farid Yaghoubtil is the founding partner and owner of Downtown L.A. Law Group, one of California’s leading personal injury firms. A first-generation immigrant from Iran, Farid came to the U.S. as a child and quickly became his family’s translator and negotiator, helping his parents navigate daily challenges in a new country. Those early experiences ignited his passion for advocacy and inspired his lifelong dream of becoming an attorney—one committed to giving others the voice and representation his parents didn’t have. In 2011, Farid co-founded Downtown L.A. Law Group with two partners, starting out in a small library conference room armed with only a vision and strong guiding values. Today, the firm has grown into a powerhouse practice specializing in personal injury law and consumer justice.

Inspired by her own experience running a real estate investment business, Heather saw how many talented entrepreneurs struggled—not for lack of ideas, but due to weak financial infrastructure and planning.
