Disclamer: I am an amazon associate, I make a small commission.

MY WHY:
I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking.

I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

This week we are making homemade 🍜 Phó with a twist. I call mine, Farm Girl Pho’. It is delicious and packed with flavor! Best of all it only takes minutes to make AFTER you have prepped the broth!!
Sit back and relax, I have all the details right here for you! 🤓

Here's a recipe incorporating the ingredients.

Ingredients:
- Small pack of Beef Ribs (more if you are making a large batch and they need to fit into your pressure cooker)
- 1 cup of Jalapeños (fresh or jar)
- Package of Rice Noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste (I always use pink himalayan salt) (sriracha)
- Green Onions

Instructions:

1. In a stainless steel pressure cooker (countertop one).
2. Add 1-2 cups of water (set on beef, add time to 4 hours)
3. Add the whole pack of Beef Ribs
4. Pressure Cook, 2 hours (need the bones to cook the marrow out)

BREAK ~ follow the above instructions ~ NEXT DAY

5. Slice your fresh Jalapeños & Green Onions & White Onion (Shallots)
6. Boil your noodles (not mushy), drain rinse well and let cool
7. Before serving, give the dish a final taste and adjust the seasonings (salt & pepper) if necessary.
8. Serve. Best of all enjoy your delicious Phó

Let it slow release (do not push release button). Kept the broth drippings.
Toss the bones 🗑 (keep the beef). Set aside the broth, in a glass bowl, and chill overnight in the fridge.
The next day: Remove the fat separated on the top (it should harden & be white) throw it away or save it for a later time if y
