This week Axel sits down with Farrah Moussallati and Cecilia Panichelli. Farrah is the co-founder of Afia Foods, a better-for-you Mediterranean food brand; and Cecilia is the co-founder of Cocina54, a on-the-go healthy empanada company. The two of them are bringing their diverse cultural flavors to Texas consumers in the frozen food aisles. They also were two of the founders chosen to participate in the Chobani Incubator program.
