In this episode, Milad and I talk about Hit the Road, a 2021 movie directed by Panah Panahi. It's the story of a family and their sick dog who are on a covert trip to the Azerbaijan-Iran border. There their older son is due to be smuggled out of the country.

Episode 07, Season 3: The House is Black.

In this episode, Adel and her teacher, Mona, a professor of literature in Budapest, talk about The House is Black. It's a 1963 short documentary directed by Forugh Farrokhzad—a well-known poet.

Mona also did research about the influence of the 20th-century Persian poetry in The House is Black as part of her PhD research.
