Professor Irene Y.H. Ng teaches Social Policy and Planning, Welfare Economics, Introduction to Social Work, Poverty and Asset-building Policy and Working with Multi-Stressed Families at NUS Social Work. Her research interests currently lie in poverty, inequality and intergenerational mobility; youth employment; and, social welfare policy.
