Fast Fashion vs. Slow Fashion

From the viewpoint of a 17-year-old girl, fashion is important, but why is fashion so much more than just the clothes we wear? From affecting the environment to garment workers to our body image, and so much more, fashion is not only the clothes we wear but the effects our clothes have on the world, and even what they say about us in terms of reflecting the zeitgeist of the times we live through.
