Although there is no gold standard to teaching in high acuity settings, the purpose of this podcast is to discuss the tools needed to provide a well-rounded high-acuity learning experience to pharmacy/medical students and residents. The podcast will include how best to prepare yourself and your learners for a successful learning experience. Lastly, the podcast will discuss how learners should be valued as part of the team as they can help expand services within the department.
