The boys are back for a slightly shorter episode this week as Ben has a homemade pie dinner to attend to on his Scottish escapade.

Callum continues to build momentum with a solid week of training and treats his Strava followers to some lovely mid run photographs. Meanwhile, a return to running is tantalisingly close for Tom with another pain free week of cross training in the books. Seems to come as standard these days, but there’s yet more phenomenal race results to discuss after fireworks in Oslo and the boys contemplate the best San Pelegrino flavour (amongst other things).
