We are heavily recommending intermittent fasting and in some cases full on fasting. While fasting can be extremely beneficial to our health and give our bodies some additional abilities to heal, it needs to be fully understood as to the impact on the body. "intentional" fasting should be done in conjunction with "intentional eating". There are some things to do in advance of trying to do a fast. We will discuss the issues and provide some guidance on how to do this in the most advantageous way for you and your body.
