I am tired of hearing that fat is unhealthy. There is no lifestyle that equals fat. A lot of times it’s out of our control. However that does not mean a fat person cannot be a model, it does not mean they need to be shamed, it does not mean that they are not beautiful. The modeling industry is not choosing fat models to promote an unhealthy lifestyle. They are choosing them because it is time that we see that is normal that all body types are beautiful and it’s time to stop convincing young people that skinny means healthy and that skinny means beauty.
