In the 2nd hour, Steve will visit with Pitmaster of Fat and Dumb BBQ, Mike Peterson. Mike and his team were crowned GC at the Shawnee Great Grillers State Championship in September with an incredible score of over 714 - the third highest score ever in KCBS Competition history. That feat included perfect 180 scores in chicken, pork and brisket...WOW!! Mike will recap the performance and explain the feeling of getting three perfect scores out of four turn ins.
