RC Lemonade
32 oz up filled with ice (I recommend a cup with a lid and a straw)
Fill with Water to about 28 oz.
Add 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 TBS Lemon Juice, Sprinkle of Cinnamon, Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper, Sprinkle of Ginger, a sprinkle of Redmond's Salt (any mineral salt), and 1 stick of Sunkist Lemon Lime drink mix.
Fill the bottle up with water. Put the lid on and shake it. Drink until gone - shaking each time before sipping.
