Looking at some of the pitfalls like hitting fad diets, hitting the cardio machines too much (cardio IS NOT a bad thing, there are just better ways of doing it and resistance training is key), 'wrong foods' and doing what you hate..
There's a couple bits I want to raise - the body will burn food for fuel first; I skipped that part out when saying muscle then fat.. Apologies.. Trying to get some basic tips out, that's all, nothing super educational.. Talking..
