Being fat adds another layer of trauma to the existing mental health issues impacting today’s modern world. How did that impact the Fatsos? What have they done about it individually to emerge? It's finally here! The episode where Pallavi and Ameya get to rant (a LOT) about chairs. And other things, of course. They talk about all the ways in which the world is physically hostile to fatsos, how they've felt while navigating it, and how they have found some peace at last. Plus, rants! Yes, even Pallavi!

Moving your body is just the most natural thing, but when you are fat it gets layered with the need for it to result in weight loss. In addition the “exercise industry” which shows fit people get fitter and is not inclusive to larger sizes. As Ameya rants about gyms and waxes lyrical about boxing, Pallavi shares some research on exercise and weight loss as well as her own struggle with finding a movement that works for her.
