<p>Longtime Morning Radio Guy Stretch Roberts has quit two of his three jobs and set out on a mission to regain his health and his sanity. On Fat To Fit Or Else, Stretch would issue a weekly fitness challenge to himself that will have some severe consequences if he failed. Then He Blew out his shoulder and had to have it rebuilt. Stretch has not been the same since and bailed on working out all together. In mid 2025 He switched the show back to "The Stretch Show Podcast. Where he still talks about the struggles of being the Old Fat Guy but has opened it up to talk about Everything or maybe rant about everything.</p>
