A deadly plane crash at Parrafield Airport in Adelaide's north has killed two people—a student pilot and an instructor—and injured several others. The Diamond DA-42 twin-engine aircraft pulled sharply left shortly after takeoff, completing approximately 180 degrees before impacting a hangar building and starting a large fire. Australian Transport Safety Bureau investigators are examining the wreckage, eyewitness statements, and video footage to determine what caused the training flight to go wrong so soon after departure.
