Prof Bruce Macfarlane is a Chair Professor of Educational Leadership at the Education University of Hong Kong. He is also the Dean of the Faculty of Education and Human Development at the university. Bruce has been recognized among the world's top 2% most cited scientists by Stanford University since 2019 and achieved top 1% status in 2024.
