We interrupt our regular broadcast to bring you our Honourable Mentions as we discuss our favourite dramas outside of the Kdrama cannon that we found extremely enjoyable.

Fated to Love You: A chance encounter on a cruise ship changes their lives forever. Known as the sticky note girl, Xin Yi works as a legal assistant who others easily take advantage. She plans a special cruise trip for her boyfriend only to find him cheating on her in the room she paid for. Now heartbroken, boyfriendless and very sick, she is stuck on a boat with nowhere to go. Fellow passenger Ji Cun Xi the wealthy sole heir to his family’s soap company, though he could buy anything he ever wanted he cannot get his ballerina girlfriend to keep her promises. Planning to propose, he is stood up yet again, but that is only the beginning of his worries. In a huge mix-up involving drugs, a blackmail plot, and other mishaps, Xin Yi and Cun Xi wind up spending the afternoon in bed, both mistaking the other for their actual partners. Now Xin Yi finds herself pregnant, and Ji Cun Xi finds out via tv broadcast. With a grandmother desperate for a great-grandchild, a pregnant one-night stand, and a long term girl, you can says things get extremely complicated. You might think his constant mood swings and random bursts of anger are warranted but they’re not. What is destined to be of this couple? It is a very windy path, but you will be fated to love this drama.
