Pitof directed the High Definition Feature Film Vidocq, starring Gérard Depardieu as well as the film Catwoman starring Halle Berry and Sharon Stone. Pitof was the visual effects director of films such as Delicatessen, City of Lost Children and Alien Resurrection.
