In episode 9 I am joined by my son Josiah as we debrief and give a race recap of the amazing Worthing 10K experience. We talk about Josiah aiming for and achieving his 1-mile personal best, and my 10K run with friends, and also seeing  Steven ⁨@FilmMyRun⁩ the day before and during the Worthing 10K.

I also open up about having difficulties losing weight and now firing up another push to lose 10Kgs as I head towards Sydney Marathon in August.
