What comes to mind when you think of a father? Not just in the biological sense, but in light of what Scripture reveals about fatherhood and discipleship.

In this Father's Day teaching, Caleb walks through how fatherhood was never meant to be defined by biology alone. It's a call to disciple, modeled first by Jesus, who did nothing of His own accord but only what He saw the Father doing.

• A father serves first, beholding the Father before stepping into the work
• A father reveals what's of value, through what he's surrounded by and passes on
• A father disciples those stewarded to him, faithful to the few rather than chasing the many
• A father champions others, because none of us were meant to walk this out alone

So many carry an orphan heart toward God, not because they lack a father, but because no one has discipled them into relationship with Him. This is fatherhood.

This is discipleship. Taking what's been poured into us and pouring it into others, generation after generation, all the way back to our Father in heaven.
