This episode will address the issues facing the African-American community and the issues of a fatherless generation. We will discuss absentee fathers; mothers who refuse visitation and parental participation by fathers and the adverse effects of an absent father. We will discuss what can be done to change the culture of a fatherless generation. Finally, we will discuss the plight of young black men and their connection to the juvenile justice and child welfare system.
