Fathers play an important role in a child's life. They can be loving, supportive and provide a positive role model. Fathers are needed to provide discipline, structure and guidance. They are needed to offer a helping hand and teach their children the values and lessons for life.

Being a positive father figure also involves listening to your children when they talk and adjusting your behavior when it can be improved. Fathers need to be able to lead by example and show that they care about their children and are willing to do what’s best for them.

In conclusion, fathers play a critical role in a child’s life, providing discipline, structure, love, guidance and support along the way. We cannot underestimate the need for fathers in our society!!
