Happy Fathers Day!.I wanted to share some of my struggles and perspectives on life to help out someone who is struggling with their childhood..Just because you may have had a terrible childhood, does not mean that your adult life has to reflect that..Also, just because someone was not acting great as a parent back then, does not mean they can't change and become better people later on..Understanding and awareness is key for growing emotional intelligence.
