Fathers play an important role. Since Adam, fathers have taught their children how to conduct themselves. God set His expectations with Adam and Eve in the Garden. Their children, Cain and Abel, knew what was expected, yet only one of them brought an acceptable sacrifice to God. God expects our best; He’s not pleased when we offer anything less!
