Thank you for tuning in to another episode of Fathership! Today I'm talking about updating your software and becoming a better version of you for the benefit of those around you. Not sure what I mean? When software companies release the first version of something it's usually labelled as "Thing 1.0" and as new versions come out, the number values increase. You may not realize it, but life is a lot like that when we encounter new things and need to adapt into a new person to deal with them. Over the course of the last 3 years, I've found myself undergoing a ton of software updates on myself in order to keep up with the life I'm choosing to live, and this episode is going in depth about how I've been able to do it, and how you can be doing something similar in order to deal with what your life is throwing at you!
