This week we decided to take another conversation we were having around the house and record it. We we basically wondering if our level of pro-blackness designated us as “hoteps”. Now, we both have a pretty long history of studying ancient Egypt and thought it was weird that we didn’t identify AT ALL with most of the “hotep leaders”. We tried be as respectful as we could during this discussion, but because we acre more about being honest about our feelings than what anyone thinks of our opinions, it may not seem that way (sorry “Dr.” Umar).
