About a month ago, I shaved my head.

Since then, I've been asked the same two questions over and over:

"Why did you do it?"
and
"Aren't you afraid men won't find you attractive anymore?"

So today, I'm answering both.

TEDx Winnipeg 2026 was yesterday and honestly… my brain is still recovering!!

After six months of coaching speakers through this process, I wanted to sit down while everything was still fresh and reflect on what this experience reminded me about confidence, communication, growth, and being fully yourself.
