Today’s message focused on the shepherds and their inclusion in the birth of Jesus. As we read from Luke 2, we explored how the shepherds received the favor of God, were included in the Jesus story, and were significant for Mary, Joseph, Jesus and their community. Just like the shepherds, we are favored, included and significant and are invited to come to Jesus.
