How do you feel about your environment?? Does it add to your morale or take away from it. We often overlook the importance our environment plays in our lives. It's supposed to be your place of peace, where you and your partner or family feel free to express themselves and can recharge for the battles we fight on a daily basis. If you don't feel that way about your environment then it's definitely time to make some changes. A change in environment has worked wonders for me and my son.
