In this FBS Wednesday, I talk about the recent developments in CFB where conferences are beginning to vote against NFL players returning to CFB. It seems like conferences are trying to draw a clear line in the sand where the NCAA couldn't. NDSU gets the opportunity to start their first FBS campaign on the right foot with a victory over Jacksonville State. Sac State has a team that's been in the bottom of the MAC for the last few seasons; can they get a Week 0 win against Eastern Michigan? All of this and more in this week's FBS Wednesday!
