Back in January 2023, Bill Foley bought a 33% stake in Ligue 1 club FC Lorient. Lorient at the time were flying high in the league, reaching the dizzy heights of second. Its not been that great this season as they sit in 17th spot with a real risk of relegation.

Craig spoke with Lorient fan Nicolas to find out more of their views on current owner and president Loïc Féry and the sale of part of the club to Bill Foley, Roman Faivre and the speculation about AFC Bournemouth recalling him from his season long loan, the sale of Dango Ouattara and if we got the Burkina Faso international cheap and if the Brittany club's fans hate the Cherries?

We also ask if there will ever be a decent relationship between the two sides, if they will ever grow to like Bill Foley and if Loïc Féry's time at the club is up?

We look at the academy situation at both clubs and Multi Club Ownership and if it will ever work for them.
