Note: this episode was recorded before the killing of George Floyd and subsequent protests against police brutality. We address this at the top of the episode but it bears repeating here: Black Lives Matter. It is not lost on us that the show we discuss has, at its center, a racist organization and the program itself features a majority white cast. We plan to devote an episode to covering this more fully and are committed to centering BIPOC voices in that discussion.
