the title is pretty self explanatory with this one, but i think it's something a lot of people suffer with in silence because we don't know there is in fact science behind it and more too it then it just being 'that time of year' or from being single during such a festive couple-y period.. yes they contribute to it dont get me know but today's episode is a bit of a vent but hopefully some reassurance you're not alone, we NEED to keep the conversation about our mental health going.. now more than EVER
