A few years ago on their way home from dinner in Orange County, CA, they were kidnapped by gang members and experienced things no one ever should. Lacy and Sarah discuss what happened that night, and how it impacts their life today. We discuss how their coping mechanisms were so vastly different from one another, how feeling shame for things we have no control over is #rudeAF of our brains, and how going through this experience together brought them closer together.
