Welcome back, friends. In this episode, I sit down with Coming Out of the Spiritual Closet podcast host Brittany Wittig, a fear alchemist & channeler, to talk about what it really means to work with fear instead of against it. Brittany’s work helps people transform fear into personal power, and our conversation couldn’t have come at a better time.
We explore the ways capitalism weaponizes fear to keep us small, how grief and fear are deeply intertwined, and why developing a relationship with your fear is essential in chaotic times. Brittany shares her approach to fear alchemy, a practice that allows us to acknowledge, process, and ultimately transmute fear into something generative. I also get into the importance of micro-disruptions--small, intentional acts of resistance--and the necessity of balancing fear work with joy so we don’t burn out. I walked away from this conversation with a deeper understanding & appreciation of my own relationship to fear, and I hope you do too.
