Fear and attachment or attachment and fear- sort of like the chicken and the egg question. Our fear leads us to believe there is lack, lack leads to attachment. Conversely, attachment leads to fear, fear leads us to unworthiness. Both can create powerful negative states. We will dive deep into both the macro and micro of this unhealthy connection. How it works within us individually and collectively.
