Let’s talk about fear. Nine times out of ten it is often about your past. And in the present day, anxiety and fear can be best buds. Worry is not love and being afraid of something feeds negative energy. What happens if we give into fear?

What are we actually afraid of? If we say it out loud, is it possible it won’t be scary anymore? What if we are scared of the evil of the world? How do we cope with that? Let’s walk ourselves to the edge of the cliff, then what?
