My healing journey has taken me along many different paths. Some of those paths I avoided for a long time because I didn't feel ready to tackle that particular aspect. Fear has been one of those aspects that I avoided. But after a year of diving head first into my fears I've found so much more vibrancy of life. This isn't to say that my fears are completely gone, but I now have tools to deal with the fear.
