“We can be open, real and raw. But that doesn’t mean we’re living the lives we want to be living.”
In this week’s episode of In My Truth with Sarah Riegelhuth, we’re chatting to Anna Massie.
Sarah and Anna can’t quite remember where they met, but the general consensus is at The Entourage and/or at the League of Extraordinary Women.

When Anna and Sarah met, Anna was at a pinnacle point of business growth in her nanny agency. Anna began nannying at 14 and is now 34, and she might just be wondering: What the f**k am I still doing as a nanny?
Now, Anna is in a different frame of mind. She’s building her personal brand as an online leader, and has a goal of the freedom to be able to raise children anywhere in the world.
Unfortunately, where Anna is right now is riddled with fear.
Fear is overriding Anna’s life, from financials to relationships to career, and it’s time to talk it through!
Join Sarah Riegelhuth and Anna Massie in this episode of In My Truth as their conversation dives into fear, how confidence and fear co-exist, where fear relates to relationships and how fear fits into and around our spirituality.

Listen in to the In My Truth podcast as Sarah Riegelhuth and Anna Massie get into fear, spirituality and, okay, Daddy Issues.
Like many of us, Anna and Sarah grapple with fear in many parts of their lives, and those parts are often all connected. How does fear show up in your life and how do you deal with it?
Anna and Sarah also discuss the untruths they’re living with around:
Being open and communicative isn’t the same as being truthful
The resistance being in your truth brings out in others
What happens when our inspiration goes away
The 9-5 job ‘Shoulds’
Self-belief and self-doubt
Growing up valuing honesty and how that manifested, often negatively
How our truth can confront others
How fear holds us back in business
Shiny object syndrome
Others losing faith in us due to past failures
Fear of falling love versus a serial relationship-ist
The lack of fear in a spiritual practice
Fear stemming from comparison and measuring progress and results
Believing we can have it all
Reframing ‘failed’ relationships
Business failure versus personal failure
Choosing the life of an entrepreneur
Choosing open relationships and expansive love
