Welcome to Episode 0 of the Fear Free Launches! I'm Kim Ransom and super excited to be launching this podcast!

Let me introduce myself. I'm Kim and I'm a girl from southern Indiana. I have now lived in gritty, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for almost 15 years.

I've started, owned & operated and even sold, profitable ventures in the sports space as well as online retail, and launching just a couple more as we speak.

I'm a coach at heart. What fills my tank is the intrinsic value of seeing someone else benefit from what I've taught them. I love to show others how to get better at a skill or reach a goal because of my coaching. I also love coaching people on other skills I've built, like how to build businesses and how to be an innovator in your field.

There are truly remarkable people out there in the world who have amazing ideas that never get brought to the table (probably, you!). They're afraid of being rejected and because of that, the world misses out on what they have to offer. The tragedy of watching my smart, inspiring friends not push themselves to do the things that their hearts really desire, actually breaks my heart.

I know by now that whether you are brand new or a seasoned veteran in the entrepreneurial space, there is always an element of fear involved. However, I also know by now that there is a system and a formula to controlling that fear and preparing for successful launches. Fear should never be something that prevents us from moving forward and claiming our own destiny.
