Today's podcast is Kathryn Kuhlman's second talk in "The Ten Commandments Series". She continues setting the groundwork for her series. First, she reviews the historical context of the giving of the commandments. Then she quotes Deuteronomy 8:3 and Ecclesiastes 12:13 (pasted below) in order to show that humans were created to fear God and obey His Commandments.
Deuteronomy 8:3 NKJV says "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord."
Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV says "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."
