The text of today's teaching is taken from Deut 6:1—19, where we learn about the relationship between fear, love, and obedience. The Christian life is beyond every believer; our God is a God of continuity. Believers need to know the right estimation of who God is and who we are before Him. Our love for God is defined by sacrifice in studying God's word and practical and constant contact with the Word of God. Fear and love of God lead to obedience.
