God does not want us to live our lives in fear and anxiety. Hundreds of years earlier, through a prophet named Isaiah, He gave those who put their trust in Him four reasons not to fear.

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)
