People often forget that people skills are a huge part of our jobs in IT Support. One of the major ongoing themes of this podcast is soft skills, or as we prefer to call them, critical skills. This week's guest is former teacher and current Cloud Training Specialist Olivia Liddell tackling a difficult constant in many of our lives: The Fear of Failure.
