Key points include:

Intuition as Inner Guidance: Intuition is the inner guidance system we all possess. It's our connection to our true selves. It guides what is correct for us. Physical Embodiment of Intuition: Intuition isn't just a concept; it's a bodily experience. It resides in the core of our bodies, below the neck. Intuition Feels Good: Intuition feels good, even when it is a caution or warning. It provides a sense of correctness in our decisions. Mind vs. Intuition: The mind, especially the conscious, logical mind, is not where intuition lies and can interfere with intuition. It can lead to confusion, doubt, or fear. Recognizing this distinction is crucial. Human Design Authority: Understanding your Human Design authority can help you recognize how intuition works uniquely for you. It can help filter out the interference of the mind.

Tricia explains some examples of what is not intuition and provides insights on how to differentiate intuition from other experiences, such as: Addiction Spectrum: Addiction isn't limited to substances like drugs or alcohol; it's a spectrum. Even seemingly minor habits, like sugar consumption, can be considered on this spectrum if they serve as a way to mask or avoid processing uncomfortable emotions. False Soothing Mechanisms: Tricia explains how addiction often involves taking something unhealthy (e.g., sugar) to cope with stress or negative emotions, ultimately compounding the problem. Mindfulness and Staying in the Body: Mindfulness, the practice of staying in the present moment and within your body, can help you discern intuition from other sensations. Tricia shares an example of how her husband's mindfulness practice has improved his overall well-being and stamina in sports. Understanding these distinctions between intuition and fear-based sensations can help individuals make healthier choices and enhance their intuition.  Support the Show.
