Dr. Susan Arsht shares with us her strategies for conquering our fears and stepping out of our comfort zones. 

Susan is a Professor of Management at the Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College and previously served as the Executive Director of the Center for Innovative Cultures. Susan received her PhD in Intercultural Communication from the University of New Mexico. Her dissertation focused on quality connections, positive relationships, and positive organizational climate.
